Holiday Kids Workshop: Succulent Garden Creation

Kick off the school holidays with a fun and creative Succulent Garden Creation workshop at The Point Studio! This engaging and educational workshop is perfect for young gardeners and artists.

Location: The Point Studio, 14 Bruce Avenue, Paradise Point
During this 4-hour session, each child will:
Decorate Their Own Bowl: Kids will have the chance to paint and embellish wide, shallow bowls with bright colours and patterns, making each one unique.
Plant Multiple Succulents: After decorating, kids will fill their bowls with soil and arrange a selection of four beautiful succulents. They will also have access to decorative stones and mini garden decorations to personalise their succulent garden.
Participate in Fun Games: After creating their succulent gardens, kids will enjoy some fun games to wrap up the workshop on a high note.
Lunch Options:
Children are encouraged to bring a packed lunch and water bottle. Alternatively, you can opt for a gourmet lunch from Serengeti Café next door for only $15 per child.
Workshop Schedule:
10:00 AM - 10:15 AM: Welcome and introduction. Explanation of the activity with examples of succulent gardens.
10:15 AM - 11:45 AM: Bowl decoration. Kids will paint and decorate their own bowls with guidance and encouragement.
11:45 AM - 12:15 PM: Lunch break.
12:15 PM - 1:30 PM: Succulent garden creation. Kids will plant their succulents and arrange decorative elements in their bowls.
1:30 PM - 1:55 PM: Fun games. Engage in exciting games and activities to end the workshop with laughter and joy.
1:55 PM - 2:00 PM: Clean up and review. Kids will share their succulent gardens and discuss their favourite parts of the workshop.
