Event Description: Join us for an exciting resin workshop where kids can create beautiful ocean-themed trays. This hands-on workshop will guide them through the process of using resin to achieve stunning ocean effects.
Event Details:
Ocean Tray Creation: Kids will paint and decorate wooden trays, then coat them with resin to create a realistic ocean effect.
Learning Techniques: Our instructors will teach basic resin techniques and safety measures.
Customisation: Once the trays are coated, kids can add shells, sand, and other decorations to personalise their designs.
Pick-Up: Completed trays will be available for pick-up the next day after the resin has fully cured.
Resin Handling: For kids younger than 9, the instructor will handle the resin application for them.
Lunch Options:
Packed Lunch: Bring your own lunch and water bottle.
Gourmet Lunch: For $15, choose from the kids' menu at Serengeti Café, including a drink and a sweet treat to enjoy in the studio.
Workshop Schedule:
10:00 AM - 10:15 AM: Welcome and introduction to resin art.
10:15 AM - 11:00 AM: Painting and decorating the trays.
11:00 AM - 11:45 AM: Applying the resin and creating ocean effects.
11:45 AM - 12:15 PM: Lunch break.
12:15 PM - 1:00 PM: Adding final decorations and customisation.
1:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Fun games and interactive activities.
1:30 PM - 1:55 PM: Final touches and sharing session.
1:55 PM - 2:00 PM: Clean up and review.
