Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for Kids' Workshops at The Point Studio

Q: What age groups are the workshops designed for?
A: Our workshops welcome children aged 5-10, offering a wide range of activities that cater to their diverse interests and abilities. We aim to ensure every child has a rewarding and engaging experience.

Q: Are the instructors qualified?
A: Yes, our instructors are both talented artists and certified professionals. Sophie, the lead instructor, is not only a skilled artist but also holds a law degree, a valid Blue Card, and is a mum. She brings passion, expertise, and a nurturing touch to each session, ensuring your child feels inspired, safe, and supported.

Q: What should my child bring to the workshop?
A: We encourage children to bring their own water bottles. You’re also welcome to pack any specific snacks your child prefers. Please inform us about any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.

Q: How many children are in each workshop?
A: To maintain a quality learning environment, we limit our workshops to 12 participants. This ensures personalized attention and a more intimate setting where each child can thrive.

Q: What if my child is sick on the day of the workshop?
A: The health of our participants and staff is a priority. If your child is unwell, please stay home and notify us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative or future session.

Q: What should my child wear?
A: Creativity often gets messy, so comfortable clothes that can endure a few splashes of paint or glue are recommended. While aprons are provided, it's best to wear something you won’t mind getting a little artistic on.

Q: Can parents stay during the workshop?
A: Yes, parents are welcome to stay during the workshop and enjoy watching their children create and learn.

Q: How do we register, and what’s the cancellation policy?
A: Registration is simple – just email paradisepointstudio@gmail.com or call Sophie at 0481 026 845. For cancellations, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund. Late cancellations may not be refundable.

Q: Are snacks provided?
A: We do not provide snacks, but you are welcome to pack any specific snacks your child prefers. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.

Q: Is there a discount for booking multiple workshops?
A: Absolutely! We offer special rates for multiple bookings and sibling registrations. Reach out directly for pricing details and make the most of our creative sessions.

Q: How does the Full Term Package work?
A: When you sign up for the full term, you will receive a unique code to book your child's sessions. This code can be used 10 times for one class per week or can be used for two classes in one week, offering you flexible scheduling options.

Q: Are there any additional benefits for signing up for the full term?
